Select Your Delivery Time Slot (Deliveries Are Monday-Friday): One of the main benefits to this new website is that orders are processed much faster than if they were received by email. The vast majority of our products are held in stock at our warehouse facility in Liverpool. Where possible, all orders received before 2pm will be sent out the same day via Royal Mail, Amazon Logistics or DPD. Safehaus cannot be held liable for any deliveries not made due to a business not being open to receive a delivery. Please ensure that your account details and contact telephone number are entered correctly and that your spam settings do not block our emails. Safehaus cannot be held responsible for any emails or text messages not being received. 

If there is an unforeseen problem with your order we will contact you. Re-delivery costs incurred by no-one being available to sign for the goods, or through incorrect delivery information being submitted may be passed onto you at the discretion of Safehaus. Safehaus or the delivery organisations we use cannot be held liable for any costs or inconveniences incurred through delays to a delivery caused by adverse weather conditions. If you decide not to receive the delivery in the permissible period we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of £20 + vat to cover our administration and delivery costs, as we will not be entitled to any refund from the delivery company.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added.

Guarantee All of our products (including Safehaus’s own imported lines) come with the standard manufacturers guarantee (unless stated). The cost of shipping any faulty items back to us is at the buyers cost, however we can arrange a collection in certain circumstances at a cost of £25.00 up to 10kg.

All items are supplied with a 12 month (from date of purchase) return to base warranty as standard, whereby the buyer would have to send the product (at their own cost) back to Safehaus (or to the supplier’s warehouse in some cases). Where appropriate, Safehaus would then forward it at its own cost to the manufacturer if applicable. Once repaired, the buyer will be given the option to collect the machine from us or have it shipped back to you at a fixed cost of £9.95. This is standard practice in mail or online order industry.

Returns Policy 

All items purchased on this site with the exception of Dog DNA Kits (see below) are covered with a 14 day return from date of purchase policy. They can be returned at the buyers cost for a full refund within 14 days of ordering.

We strongly recommend that all original packaging and parts are retained for the warranty period, as we cannot accept machines back without their original packaging and complete as they were went sent to you.

Items that have been ordered in error or the customer has changed their mind can also be returned, but will be subject to a re-stocking fee and can only be returned within 7 days of purchase. 

Please report any shortages or damages within 24 hours of delivery, as we cannot rectify any problems after this period. Goods signed for as 'Unchecked' will be treated as being received in good condition.

If an order has not arrived, please make us aware within 14 days of placing the order. If you come to us after this date we cannot supply replacements.

The returns policy for Dog DNA Kits is as follows:-

Completion of the Activation form requesting Safehaus to carry out testing and analysis will be deemed to constitute an order, and is the authority to commence the process and incur the fees. In the event of this order being subsequently cancelled by you for whatever reason, Safehaus reserves the right to make the following cancellation charges for the administrative procedures already carried out:

Before kit dispatch : £10 Cancellation Fee

After kit dispatch* : £20 Cancellation Fee

On receipt of sample : £30 Cancellation Fee

If testing started : Full Price

* The cancellation fee is subject to the return of the complete, unused sampling kit to Safehaus, otherwise the full testing fee will be charged.

Safehaus.co.uk and it’s various other Safehaus-branded web presences, plus the registered trademark SAFEHAUS belong to Percy Group t/a Safehaus, and ran in conjunction with carefully selected partners.   • Sign-up to receive our newsletter
    We collect your name, email address and postcode when you sign-up to receive our monthly email newsletter. Your postcode may be used to help us identify the volume of businesses who have signed up for the service by geographical region. In addition to our monthly newsletter, we may periodically send additional emails, which we think you may find useful (eg new product release, changes to our service). If you've signed up for email alerts, you can unsubscribe at any time by selecting the 'unsubscribe' link that appears in every email we send. We will never share your information other than for the purpose for which it was provided to us.

    Safehaus also hosts and operates a Live Chat service, which we use to handle customer enquiries in real time. If you use our Live Chat service, we will collect your name, email address, telephone number, postcode and the contents of your Live Chat session. This information will be retained for 10 years and will not be shared with any other organisations except as noted below.

During a Live Chat session, you can request a transcript of the conversation when you provide your email address at the start of your session; or when prompted at the end.
