TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms & conditions set out the basis on which you can visit and use our website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.
Acceptance of Your Order
Your order on our website constitutes an offer to us to purchase the goods and or services in your basket for personal usage and we will do our utmost to fulfil this order to the service levels you expect.
We reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, payment problems, product availability and product price or description error.
Conformity of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock but we will advise a realistic delivery date and keep you updated along the way.
We have a range of delivery options and timescales, and charges will vary dependent on the type of product or service ordered. Full details can be found under Delivery and Returns.
Next Day Service does not always imply that you will receive your goods the following day. Occasionally there may be delays that are not under our control due to the roads or time of year. If your item is out of stock and cannot be dispatched, we will contact you and make you aware of the delay as soon as possible. We are unable to offer refunds for goods already dispatched for next day service but not received the following day.
We will always endeavour to dispatch orders the day they are received.
Your Right to Cancel
You have a right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations Act. You must inform us in writing within seven days of receipt. You will need to return the item to us. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost.
Retention of Title
Goods remain under the ownership of Percy Group Trading Limited T/A Safehaus until they are paid for in full.
Percy Group Trading Limited T/A Safehaus payment terms are 30 days net for account holders.

We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. Essential information we collect
In operating our store, it is essential for us to capture some information about your device, such as
your IP address and information related to your visit when you browse our store. For example, this
might include time-stamp, the last page or product you visited, the indication that you logged in.

If you have started to buy one of our products, but have not completed the purchase, you may
have provided partial information, such as your email. In that case, we might send you an email to
remind you about your interest. If you are not comfortable in receiving further emails of this kind,
we will give you a simple opportunity to opt-out. Your privacy means a lot to us and we will stop
sending you these communications right away.
If you have completed a purchase, we will send you an email to ask you to review the product you
bought. We want to be sure that whether you love your purchase or have a complaint, you can
share your opinion with other customers.
We also use some specific information related to your visit, such as the timestamp of your visit, the
page or the product you viewed, where you are coming from (if you came to our store because you
clicked on an advertisement or you just opened our direct link). This is very similar to the
“essential information,” but we use it to provide you with a personalized experience. The
information on your visit provides us with insights on your interests and allows us to send you
relevant communications. We capture this information through cookies, called a "beacon," that
we allow you to block.
Other uses of personal data
We may pass your order information such as, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number to our suppliers. The reason for this is that with some products as an example, such as the Phoenix range, this stock is all held within the Phoenix warehouse. If order comes through we forward the details outlined above for Phoenix to dispatch the order direct to the customer.
How do we process your information?
We use an external provider to run our store, BigCommerce. BigCommerce is based in the US and
is a participant in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and committed to providing best-in-class
service and data protection. You can check its participation in the Privacy Shield here on the
official site of The International Trade Administration (ITA), U.S. Department of Commerce.
Through BigCommerce, we also use other, highly specialized external providers to provide the
most competitive services. For example:
Payment: Our store is PCI-DSS compliant (a very strict industry standard with
requirements for the security of credit card information), but we want to use accredited
companies to process your credit card information. We also offer PayPal to complete payments, if you require to see how PayPal processes your payment information please see the PayPal Terms and Conditions on their website “www.paypal.co.uk”.
Shipping: We integrate with a number of shipping companies to fulfill your orders. Our main shipping provider is Royal Mail, although other providers are used for more lucrative deliveries, such as if you ordered a 500kg safe, we need a two man delivery service for that which Royal Mail do not offer.
Order processing / management: We use a system called “Linnworks”. Linnworks holds order information for future reference, prints order postage labels, and electronically passes order details to Royal Mail and other shipping providers (see shipping section), in a daily manifest which allows us to be billed correctly for posting your order.
How can you control your personal data?
If you are one of our customers who is in the EU, and we are specifically selling our products to the
Member State where you are located, you have specific rights that we are honored to enforce
without undue delay: Access, Correct, Erasure, Port, Object. If you cannot exercise your choice on
your account page or if you do not have an account with us, please reach out to us, at the contact
details at the bottom of this page. We will be more than happy to help.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data for as long as you have an account with us. We also keep some data for security
investigation. Most importantly, we have specific obligations for fraud detection and tax reasons.
Therefore, we might need to retain certain data even if you ask to delete it.
Do we have any legal obligations when handling your data?
Many. We might need to share your personal information to comply with applicable legal
obligations. In the case if we were to suspect a possible fraudulent order we may share your data with relevant authorities in order to confirm the
legitimacy of your order.
